Cancellation & Refund Policy

Merchant businesses' return and cancellation policy must be made available to customers on the website and they have to agree to its terms during the order process. Customers have to click on an "Accept" or "Agree" return and cancellation button before submitting their payment information. Then, once the order has been submitted, the policy can be sent to customers with the order confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

INDIAN REGISTRATION CENTER operate under a NO CANCELLATION POLICY.

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 3 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them
  • You can only request the cancellation of an order with us in the event that we are unable to fulfill the requested service. If we find ourselves unable to deliver the service, we will proceed with issuing a refund to the client, deducting internet and handling fees, which amount to approximately Rs. 300.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the INDIAN REGISTRATION CENTER marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, etc. These are limited-occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • INDIAN REGISTRATION CENTER does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non-durable items like mobile phones, mixer grinders, calculators,s, etc, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 21 days of receipt of the products. For books, VCDs, DVDs, and software products, the matter should be reported within 5 days.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

Note - Failure to deliver services from our end shall not include non-delivery due to any deficiency in documents, non-provision of OTP (ONE TIME PASSWORD), or any other shortcoming or lack of cooperation from client side that makes delivery of services impossible on our end. If there is no performance issue on our end, there will be no refunds available.

Refund Policy

Our company strictly adheres to a NO REFUND POLICY.

Nonetheless, in situations where a customer submits a written request to cancel an order within 4 hours of payment or the processing of an application, depending on whichever event transpires first, our company's authorities will carefully assess the circumstances. They will then make a determination on whether a refund should be granted. It's important to note that, in such cases, the refund amount cannot exceed 50% of the client's initial payment.

It is essential to explicitly state that no refund claims will be considered valid if a client seeks cancellation or a refund of fees beyond the 4-hour timeframe after payment or application processing, whichever occurs first. The client must accept the final and binding decision on refund matters made by the company.

NOTE - Refund processing and refund initiation, in accordance with our company's established policy, typically require a timeframe of 12 to 15 working days. Once the refund procedure commences, it takes an additional 5 to 7 working days for the funds to be successfully transferred and credited to the client's bank account.
