Cancellation & Refund Policy

Merchant businesses' return and cancellation policy must be made available to customers on the website and they have to agree to its terms during the order process. Customers have to click on an "Accept" or "Agree" return and cancellation button before submitting their payment information. Then, once the order has been submitted, the policy can be sent to customers with the order confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

INDIAN REGISTRATION CENTER operate under a NO CANCELLATION POLICY.

• We adhere to a NO CANCELLATION POLICY.
• Cancellation of any order is permissible only under circumstances where service delivery from our end becomes unfeasible. In such cases, refunds will be granted to the client after deducting nominal internet and handling charges (Approximately Rs 300/-).
• NOTE: - Please note that instances where services cannot be delivered due to deficiencies in documents, failure to provide OTP (ONE TIME PASSWORD), or any other shortcomings on the client's side, that obstruct service delivery from our end, will not be considered 'failure of delivery of services from our end.' In such cases, no refunds will be applicable, as the lack of performance lies with the client.

Refund Policy

INDIAN REGISTRATION CENTER strictly adheres to a NO REFUND POLICY.

Refunds for any order can only be claimed in situations where service delivery from our end is not viable. In such cases, refunds will be processed for the client after deducting internet and handling charges amounting to Rs 300/-.

NOTE:It's important to note that instances where services cannot be delivered due to deficiencies in documents, failure to provide OTP (ONE TIME PASSWORD), or any other shortcomings on the client's side, which hinders service delivery from our end, will not be categorized as a 'failure of delivery of services from our end.' Such cases are considered as non-cooperation from the client's end, and no refunds will be applicable, as the lack of performance is not on our end.
